Something big is about to happen in 2026, the company will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year and if industry leaks and supply-chain reports are to be believed, Apple is planning to launch more than 20 new products to celebrate the occasion. It is expected that not only new iPhones but also Macs, wearables, iPads, accessories and smart home devices could be launched for consumers next year. This also includes a product that is very close to CEO Tim Cook’s heart.

These products could be launched as early as 2026

According to reports, Apple is planning to upgrade almost every major hardware series. It is expected that 2026 will start with updates to entry-level and mid-range devices. A new MacBook Air with an A-series iPhone chip and lower-cost MacBook and M5 chip could arrive as early as 2026.

There is also talk of the iPhone 17e, which is expected to be launched as a more affordable option. The accessory lineup is also expected to expand. According to reports, preparations are underway to launch Apple AirTag 2. Next generation ultra wideband chip can be used in this device for more accurate tracking.

Much more in the second half of 2026

In September, the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max may launch with the new A20 Pro chipset. These models may feature an in-house C2 modem, under-display Face ID, larger batteries, and upgraded camera hardware.

What is attracting the most attention and is eagerly awaited is the foldable iPhone. This could be the company’s first foldable iPhone with a book-style foldable design, with a wide and crease-less display and a premium titanium finish.

According to media reports, Apple CEO Tim Cook’s ‘top priority’ list includes Apple Glasses. The AR glasses are expected to launch in late 2026. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says the device won’t start shipping until 2027.
