Tata’s tension will increase! Hyundai will launch 3 cheap cars in 2026

Hyundai Creta has the highest sales in the Indian market. The vehicle manufacturer has also launched a new location this year. Now talking about the next year, the company will make Rs. 5 lakh to Rs. 12 lakh (ex-showroom) will launch three vehicles. Hyundai may make its first major launch next year in a facelifted version. The company is already testing the updated model in South Korea and India. After which it is being speculated that the company can launch it at the beginning of April itself.

The facelifted Verna may be launched

The updated Verna may get a sportier look at the front with sharper bumpers, split headlight setup and a new radiator grille than before. New 16-inch alloy wheels, redesigned rear lights and a redesigned rear bumper are also likely to make changes. Talking about the interior, the updated Verna will get a new digital instrument cluster and a touchscreen infotainment system, both with CCNC software which was introduced three years ago in the seventh-generation flagship. Engine and transmission options are unlikely to differ from the existing model.

Exter will get an update in the middle

Around two to three months after the launch of the Verna, Hyundai will give the Exeter a mid-cycle update, which will compete with the Tata Punch. However, it can be speculated that the updated model will get new bumpers, new 15-inch alloy wheels, changed front and rear lights and some new comfort and convenience features. The existing 1.2-litre petrol and petrol-CNG engines and 5-speed manual and automated manual transmission will remain the same.

The company may launch Bayon

Hyundai may launch the second generation Bayon in India around September 2026 during the festive season. The company has not launched the first generation model in India, but it is planning to introduce the next generation model in coupe style as a more premium option to the new Venue. The new model will be powered by a 1.2-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine, which will be manufactured in India. According to media reports, the price of the new Hyundai Bayon will start around Rs 8.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
